I no longer live in this area, but I still come here to get my oil changed. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I never feel pressured or feel like the staff are trying to upsell anything, but they are honest about anything they see with my car to keep an eye on. Oil changes are always fast, and well worth the trip.

I was very pleased with the service provided during my visit to the Aqua Wash N Lube in Winter Haven. Inside, RENA was very helpful answering all of my questions and helping make sure that my car was being taken care of. But It was her kindness that I really appreciated. ROCHELLE was so helpful and courteous as she helped facilitate everything from the detailing of my car to driving it over to the garage for service. NICK was very thorough in checking everything from the fluid levels to the tires to help ensure my safety traveling tomorrow. He also had noticed that the headlights were so discolored, and he took the time to explain how that happens and how he could fix them for me. They couldnt have known that when I arrived I was having a bad day. Theyre kindness and willing to go above and beyond turned my day around and I'm so grateful that when I left my day felt so much better!

Dawna and Reina are always so friendly and helpful. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. I really enjoy being able to get quick and professional service. I always get my car wash, oil changes and tire rotations here and am always satisfied with the service. They have good prices too compared to other places. This place is truly a one-stop shop where you can not only purchase a vehicle, but also take care of all your vehicle needs at the garage in the same parking lot. After your services, you can even get a car wash to top it off! I went in for an oil change and a car wash, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their services. I must give a special mention to Marcus, one of the car wash attendants, who did a fantastic job on both of my vehicles.
